Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Matvii Oshkalo, a sole proprietor (FOP) registered in Ukraine (registration number 3962314831), trading as Solair Motion, 4 Regeneratorna St., Kyiv, Ukraine ("Solair Motion", "we", "us"). They cover the Grapher panel for Adobe After Effects and the Grapher service behind it (together, "Grapher"). By creating an account you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.
1. What Grapher does
Grapher is an assistant inside After Effects. You give it a command in plain words or attach a screenshot, and it does the mechanical work in your open project: animating, aligning, retiming, rebuilding a screenshot as editable layers, organizing layers, captions, resizing and similar tasks. The creative decisions stay yours. Grapher uses AI models that run on our servers; you do not need your own AI account or key.
Grapher needs After Effects 2023 or newer.
AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Check the result before you deliver work to a client. Every AI command in your project can be undone: a one-step command with Ctrl+Z / Cmd+Z, a command of several steps with the panel's Undo command button.
2. Your account
- You need an account to use Grapher. Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One account is for one person. Do not share it or resell access.
- You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to enter into this agreement where you live.
- During the closed beta, creating an account may require an invite code.
3. Plans and credits
- Paid plans are monthly subscriptions (annual billing only if you choose it). Each plan adds a set number of credits every billing month. Prices and credit amounts are shown on our website before you buy.
- AI operations cost a fixed number of credits per type of operation. The price is shown in the panel before you start an operation, and you are charged exactly that. There are no hidden multipliers.
- If an operation fails, its credits are returned in full.
- Operations that do not use AI (for example effects, script macros, and the non-AI parts of Resize and Organize) are free. Quick commands are free and unlimited while you have an active plan or trial; without one, each Quick command costs 1 credit. A very high monthly volume of Quick commands may cost 1 credit each even on a plan. The panel always shows the price before you send.
- Subscribers can buy extra credits; they are used after your plan's credits and expire 12 months after purchase.
- Unused plan credits carry over to the next month only, then expire. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not refunded when they expire or when you cancel, except where the law requires otherwise.
- New accounts receive a one-time set of free credits (more when you join through someone's invite link). Free and referral credits expire 6 months after they are given. One set of free credits per person and per computer: a further account on a computer that already received them starts without them.
- Referral program: you can invite others with your personal link and receive credits when they subscribe, within the limits shown in your account. Inviting yourself (your own other accounts or computers) does not count. Our Partner Program Terms apply to partners who earn money instead.
- We may change prices and credit amounts for future billing periods. We will tell you in advance. Credits you already have keep their value at the price they were shown at.
4. Payments, cancellation and refunds
Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd, under its own terms; it handles taxes and invoices. You can cancel at any time from your account. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep your credits until then. You can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment, as described in our Refund Policy. This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
5. Your content
- Your projects, screenshots, commands, audio and other material you use with Grapher stay yours. You give us only the permission we need to process them to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- The results Grapher creates in your project are yours to use, including commercially, to the extent the law allows.
- Only use material you have the right to use. Do not upload content that infringes someone else's rights or is unlawful.
- Grapher never installs fonts for you. Font licenses are your responsibility.
6. Acceptable use
Do not:
- try to get around credits, limits or security, or access other people's accounts or data;
- use automated scripts to send commands in bulk, or overload the service;
- reverse engineer the service, or extract our prompts or models' instructions to build a competing product;
- use Grapher to create unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, or in ways that break the usage policies of our AI provider (Anthropic).
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. If we close your account without a serious breach on your part, we will refund unused prepaid amounts in proportion.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Grapher available and correct, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, especially during the beta. Features may change. If we stop the service, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance and refund unused prepaid periods.
8. Liability
Grapher is provided as it is. Within what the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profit, lost projects or missed deadlines), and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Keep backups of your projects. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Grapher and delete your account at any time by writing to us. These terms end when your account is closed. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as liability and your content) remain in effect.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you in the panel or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Courts of Kyiv, Ukraine have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can also bring a claim in the courts there. Before going to court, please write to us: most problems are solved faster that way.
