Partner Program Terms
These terms add to the Grapher Terms of Service for accounts we approve as partners. The program is run by Matvii Oshkalo, a sole proprietor (FOP) registered in Ukraine, trading as Solair Motion. Contact: solairmotion@gmail.com.
1. Joining
- You apply from the Affiliates page of your Grapher account. We may accept or decline any application, and may pause or end a partnership at any time; commissions already payable are still paid unless they came from a breach of these terms.
- Until you are approved, your link earns credits under the referral program, not money.
2. Attribution
- Your personal link sets a cookie for 60 days. A customer is yours when they create a Grapher account within that time and your link was the last one they used.
- We can't attribute customers whose browser blocks the cookie or who sign up without your link.
3. Commissions
- 30% of each plan payment your customer makes, without tax, during the first 12 months from their first plan payment; 10% of their extra-credit purchases. The $3 trial earns no commission. Your account may show a personal rate that replaces these.
- A commission is on hold for 30 days after the payment, then becomes payable. A refund or chargeback cancels the commission on that payment (in proportion to the amount refunded); if it was already paid out, it is deducted from your next payout.
- Rates may change for new payments with 30 days' notice; commissions already earned keep their rate.
4. Payouts
- Once a month, by PayPal or Wise, to the details in your account, when your payable balance is at least $50. Smaller balances roll over.
- You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn. We may ask for information required by law before paying.
5. What is not allowed
- Referring yourself: your own other accounts, computers or payment cards.
- Paid search ads on the Grapher name, coupon and cashback sites, spam, and claims about Grapher that are not true.
- Pretending to be Grapher or Solair Motion.
Commissions from activity that breaks these rules are cancelled, and we may end the partnership.
6. Ending
You can leave the program at any time by writing to us. We pay what is payable at that moment, minus any refunds that come in during the hold period.
7. Law
The same law and courts as in the Terms of Service apply.
